In order to ensure a faster, smoother delivery service for smaller & online orders, Sackmaker have now partnered with the DPD, the UK’s leading parcel courier.
When each order is despatched, customers now receive an email with tracking details enabling them to take advantage of DPD’s state of the art tracking & delivery notification service.
You can check order progress every step of the way & amend delivery instructions whilst your sacks are in transit, whether you need an order left in a safe place or with a neighbour, by simply following the tracking number you can make alterations any time before your one hour delivery window.
Once your sacks have arrived, you can rate delivery & access an instant online Proof of Delivery (POD) to confirm who signed for them.
For all larger palletized orders, we have also introduced a new system via our existing carriers GCN / The Pallet Network (TPN) which allows Customers instant access to TPN’s system for step by step pallet movements & POD’s. Customers can now track deliveries using the tracking details emailed on despatch of order.
